b) Account Settings

You can manage your communication preferences directly within your Scallably account settings:

Log in to your Scallably account.

Navigate to Settings > Notifications > Marketing Preferences.

Check or uncheck the boxes for the types of communications you wish to receive.

Save your changes.

4. Service-Related (Transactional) Communications

Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, we will still send you essential, non-promotional (transactional) communications related to your account and use of our Services. These include:

- Billing and invoicing information.

- Password reset emails.

- Important security and service updates.

- Notifications about changes to our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.

These communications are necessary for us to provide our Services to you and cannot be opted out of.
