Goverment and Law Enforcement Access Request Policy

Effective Date: February 3, 2026

Scallably, a trading name of MTS Media Group Ltd., is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers' data. This policy outlines our principles and process for responding to requests for user data from government agencies and law enforcement authorities.

1. Our Principles

Legality: We will only disclose user data when required to do so by law, pursuant to a valid and binding legal process (such as a subpoena, court order, or search warrant).

Specificity: We will interpret any request as narrowly as possible and will seek to limit the scope of any data disclosure.

Transparency: We are committed to being transparent about the requests we receive. We will publish a regular Transparency Report detailing the number and type of requests we receive.

User Notification: We will notify our customers of any request for their data before disclosure, unless we are legally prohibited from doing so (e.g., by a non-disclosure order).

2. Process for Responding to Requests

When we receive a request for user data from a government or law enforcement agency, we follow this process:

2.1Verify the Request: We carefully review each request to ensure that it is valid, has a legitimate legal basis, and is not overly broad.

2.2Seek Clarification or Modification: If a request is unclear, overly broad, or we believe it to be legally invalid, we will push back and seek to narrow the scope of the request.

2.3 Notify the User: Unless legally prohibited, we will provide our customer with notice of the request and a copy of the demand, allowing them an opportunity to challenge the request.

2.4 Disclose Data: If we are satisfied that the request is legally valid and after any user notification period has passed, we will disclose the minimum amount of data necessary to comply with the request.

3. Types of Data That May Be Requested

Law enforcement may seek various types of data, including:

- Subscriber Information: Basic account information such as name, email address, and company details.

-Transactional Data: Information about a user's activity, such as login history or IP addresses.

-Content Data: The content of communications, such as messages or call recordings. We will only disclose content data in response to a warrant or court order based on a showing of probable cause.

4. International Requests

For requests from foreign law enforcement agencies, we will require that the request be made through a formal international legal assistance treaty or agreement, such as a Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty (MLAT).

5. Transparency Report

We believe that our customers have a right to know about government requests for their data. We will publish a bi-annual Transparency Report providing information on the number and types of requests we have received.

Our Transparency Report will be available at scallably.com/legal/transparency-report.
