Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the Terms of Service between Scallably, a trading name of MTS Media Group Ltd. ("Scallably", "we", "us") and you ("Customer"). By using our Services, you agree to this AUP.

1. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services to engage in, foster, or promote illegal, abusive, or irresponsible behavior, including but not limited to:


Illegal Activities: Any activity that is illegal under applicable law, including but not limited to transmitting or storing child pornography, inciting violence, or violating export control laws.

Spam and Unsolicited Communications: Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam), bulk commercial advertising, or any other form of unsolicited communication. You must comply with all applicable laws regarding marketing communications, such as the CAN-SPAM Act and GDPR.

Infringement of Intellectual Property: Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets.

Harmful or Fraudulent Activities: Transmitting any material that contains software viruses or other harmful computer code. Engaging in phishing, pharming, or any other fraudulent activity.

Offensive Content: Distributing content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable.

Security Violations: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any service, user, or computer system. This includes probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of a system or network.

2. Voice and Messaging Services

When using our Voice AI and messaging features, you must comply with all applicable telecommunication laws and regulations, including those related to:


Consent for Recording: You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from individuals before recording or monitoring phone calls.

Do-Not-Call Lists: You must respect and comply with all applicable do-not-call registries.

Caller ID: You may not engage in any activity that falsifies the caller ID information.

3. Enforcement

We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to investigate any violation of this AUP or misuse of the Services.


If we determine that you have violated this AUP, we may take any of the following actions:


Suspend your account: We may suspend your access to the Services without prior notice.

Terminate your account: We may terminate your account and the Terms of Service.

Remove content: We may remove any content that violates this AUP.

Report to authorities: We may report any illegal activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

5. Changes to This Policy
